Chill Out is one of the most happening clubs in Penang. Most Penang folks knew about this club. This club is made up of four different sections. There is the Funk House, Baze Room, Mambo and the Wine Terrance.

Each of these different sections feature different kinds of music and all are interconnected with each others.

Funk House is playing commercial R&B and has guest DJs from Kuala Lumpur and live bands occasionally. This is suitable for those people who like R&B songs. Whereas Baze Room has a combination of hip-hop and R&B and Mambo has Retro songs everyday.

As for the Wine Terrace, this is the most chilled out area where you will be able to buy cigars and wine.

The ambience at Funk House, Baze Room and Mambo are almost alike with open concept bars and funky disco lights. There is an enclosed pool area is available for those people who prefer to have a game instead of dancing the night away. There also a lot of girls like to hanging around here especially at the bar tender. Hope you able to know some girls over there

NCP is a pub that for special for "male" to release tension.. 

Here are some descriptions regarding this pub. In side the pub there are lot of rooms with air-cond and table corner which is not fully close-up by the partition. Inside there got provide lot of PRC and sometimes Vietnam ladies accompany you drink beer and chatting. Those girls are use to walk around from one room to another, it so called "flying table". It does provided some extra services which they might keep asking you... 

The charge for NCP:
Room: RM50
Table corner: RM20 (which is cheaper and is for those who are going there alone)
Drink: RM17 (Coke, Orange Juice, Tiger Beer, Guiness Stout...)
Tips: RM30 (each gal)

All charge about are excluding 15% service charge and government tax.

The loaction of NCP is just along the roadside of Jalan Anson. Please feel free to explore it
