In this modern era it is very difficult to survive without high specification computers. I think P IV  is common in these days and every new user is even going beyond limits. What is your computer's specification? I have a standard Intel P IV system.

I use an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core laptop. My desktop is my backup whose specifications is only P3 level. I started to deal with resource hungry graphics and videos thus the need for me to shift to higher end. Besides I'm always mobile so I needed a laptop.

It is necessary to have highly profiles systems in these days. More often I need to run many graphic programs like Photoshop and Flash so I always need a fast computer. At the moment I have 3 Ghz with 1 GB  RAM and it is working fine according to my needs.
