Submission to various directories takes a lot of time. I wonder if there is a software available which can automate the submission especially if you're faced with quite a few number of sites due for directory submission.

If you can do it manually then there is nothing better to do so. There are countless directory auto-submitters but they will get spam. Stay away from such softwares.
